Cozy stay with friendly vibes
Spent a night as a couple, and it was pretty chill. The staff were super friendly and helped us out with everything we needed. Our room was clean and comfy. Enjoyed some good food in the bar area, which had a nice atmosphere. Tough to find parking at times tho.

Charming décor and friendly staff
I recently stayed in a Superior Double or Twin Room, and I loved the charming cottage-like décor that made the atmosphere feel warm and inviting. The staff were incredibly accommodating, making my stay feel personal and comfortable. I think having a few more hooks for coats would improve the space, as storage was a bit limited.

Quirky decor steals the show here, giving each room a character that’s hard to forget. Arthur's Suite offers a spacious layout with low rafters—watch your head—or embrace the charm like I did.
A few hiccups knocked the experience down a notch. The TV struggled to keep a steady signal, which got annoying during late-night movie binges. The ceiling's height will keep you on your toes, and it's a bit warm in the rooms at times—might need an extra fan. Friday nights tend to get a bit lively. if you’re hoping for a quiet night, the bar below can make that a challenge. Limited coat storage—just one rail with a handful of hangers—means you'll be living out of your suitcase. these are minor annoyances that didn't ruin my stay, but they might bug those who like everything just so.

The room was spacious and the bed super comfy, which was a total plus. Easy to find and parking was a breeze. The bathroom was nice too, though the shower pressure could've been better. A bit noisy from the pub downstairs, but it wasn't too distracting. pretty solid stay!

The décor was charming, reminiscent of a cozy cottage, making my stay feel special. The room was surprisingly clean and modern, with a large bathroom featuring a double bath that was a delightful touch. the noise levels from the bar downstairs disrupted my sleep a bit too much at times.

Had a great time with friends! The rooms were comfy and clean. We explored some local spots and had a blast at the nearby birdwatching site. Breakfast was spot on with friendly staff. Short walk to Meols Hall was a bonus for our friend's wedding. Highly recommend this place!
The Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times which was frustrating when we tried to plan our outings.

We enjoyed our stay in the Arthur's Suite, which had a stunning bathroom and some amazing natural light. The sun terrace was perfect for relaxing, and the garden area offered a peaceful escape too. The only downside was that the room got a bit warm, but it didn’t ruin our experience. 🌞

The décor was charming, like a cozy cottage, and the staff was more accommodating than a grandson helping his grandma with groceries. Accessibility was great, with easy parking and support if needed, making it very senior-friendly.
More hooks for coats would have been helpful.

The stay was enjoyable overall, especially due to the fully equipped Arthur's Suite, which had a stunning bathroom and a huge, comfortable bed. Location was a major plus as it was very convenient for nearby attractions and local eateries. the room got a bit too warm and the fan wasn't strong enough to cool it down, which was uncomfortable at times.

The room was charming and well-decorated, but it felt a bit cramped. While the staff were friendly and the shower was great, missing cups and limited wardrobe space were drawbacks. The nearby café for breakfast was a nice find, even though the noise from the pub could be heard at night.

cozy stay near meols hall and king's gardens
I had a lovely experience with a cozy room that felt like home and the convenience of being just a few steps away from Meols Hall and almost 2 km from the beautiful King's Gardens where I enjoyed a long stroll. the staff was friendly and made my stay even better. As a single traveler, I found everything I needed in the room, like a kettle and lots of extra pillows to make it more comfortable.

I had a comfortable stay overall. The room was clean and nicely decorated with a large bed that felt cozy after a long day. Tea and coffee facilities made it easy to unwind, although I wished there were extra supplies. Location worked out well since it was near a few nice restaurants and shops. Unfortunately, I encountered a few issues. The noise from the bar below was quite noticeable, especially late at night. Some basic amenities, like a shelf near the sink, were missing, which made it challenging to organize my toiletries. There were also times of limited hot water which was a bit frustrating. I was also not informed about housekeeping limitations prior to checking in, and that led to some inconvenience after a couple of days since we ran out of toiletries. the charm of the place and smile from the staff helped balance the inconveniences.
